Seth Rosan has had a deep love for Scottish music for over 30 years (that’s Seth in the pictures, as a young bagpiper and as an older bagpiper who performs for all ages). An experienced musician and bagpiper, he has been a recognized solo competition piper at numerous Highland Games. He lives in Saratoga Springs, New York, where he is an active member of the community performing bagpipes at a variety of public and private functions.
